No overpriced package commitment to worry about; just a focused path to get you to where you want to be.
My Philosophy: Movement (and especially the lack thereof) is correlated with a myriad of health issues.The answer to a pain-free life is right in front of us and we seem to blatantly ignore it - we need to keep moving! The body was designed to move! However, when we work out in compromised positions, all we do is unsafely damage our bodies until they break down. The worst part is we go from our workouts (where we often sit for an hour) to sitting all day long. There are ways to reach our fitness goals in an extremely efficient manner, we just need to approach health and fitness in a smarter way.
