IT ALL COMES DOWN TO MOVEMENT
Movement (most specifically, the lack thereof) is correlated with a myriad of health issues including but not limited to Iliotibial (IT) Band Syndrome and knee pain; lower back and hip tightness; piriformis syndrome; plantar fasciitis; frozen shoulder; bursitis; tendonitis; etc. The answer to a pain-free life is right in front of us and we seem to blatantly ignore it - we need to keep moving! The body was designed to move! However, when we work out in our terrible postures, all we do is unsafely damage our bodies until they break down; and furthermore, we allow our bodies to stop moving the rest of the day. There are ways to reach our fitness goals in an extremely efficient manner, we just need to approach health and fitness in a smarter way.
